This cutie is 8 months old today!  he has 1 tooth and 2 coming in!  He loves "crawling" all over the house and eating everything in sight, which keeps me on my toes!  His crawl is half army crawl and half normal crawl...kinda weird!  He is up on his knees, but still uses his forearms.  That doesn't slow him down though!

"Helping" me make homemade gluten-free  brownies and "cleaning up" afterwards!  He loves helping me stir and put things in the bowl when making muffins, cake and cookies.  But, as you can see, his favorite part is eating the dough!

This is what the boys did while I made food for Thanksgiving!  It is always nice to cook without someone crying, grabbing your legs or trying to push you out of the kitchen!  :)

Poppy watched the boys while my mom and I went shopping!!!  Thanks dad!

Dad did this to all of the kids in my fam, and is continuing the tradition with the grandchildren.  Good thing I trust him!  My parents came the day after Thanksgiving, I of course forgot to get a pic of the boys with my mom :(  We loved having them here though!

 

Halloween

We went as an inter-racial couple at our ward party.  That was fun! 

I made Cheddar Broccoli soup in hopes that Sterfry would eat it if it was in a pumpkin bread bowl!  I was wrong, he just poked at it with his spoon.

None for Mr. Max ... sorry!

Trick-or-Treating!  Just pulled Max around in the wagon while we made the rounds! 

We went with some friends from church, and were so glad that we did, there were 3 other 2-year-olds!

Every time Sterfry got candy, he would pull it out and look at it until I told him to put it back in the bucket!  He wouldn't say "Trick-or-treat," but he wasn't afraid and didn't hesitate to take candy!

Daddy made drew him a train track!  This was a whole week of fun for him!  After Daddy drew it, Sterfry walked around the house saying, "train" for about 5 minutes!  He was so happy!

We decided to just paint the pumpkin this year.  He really enjoyed it, and was excited to have blue hands afterwards!

Sterfry is loving all things Halloween!  He loves to pretend he is a ghost.  And loves pumpkins!

We went to the pumpkin patch last week.  They had a huge pit of corn kernals, max wasn't really gettin' it, but sterfry was in heaven.

Waiting for dad to be done with his lab.  Almost every Wednesday, we drop daddy off and explore campus!  The boys love it, especially Sterfry, because I let him run around and touch everything!

Went to visit daddy at work, and his boss let Sterfry sit in the water truck.  He was afraid the first time, but eventually wanted to sit up there.

Story time with daddy!

Since Max is 19 lbs, I decided to start solids since he was ALWAYS hungry.  He had his first solids (carrots) 2 weeks ago!
